Sometimes it is necessary to dispatch one of our Field Technician/Engineer to your place of business or home to remedy the problems or do a project like data cabling, hardware moves/adds/changes, …etc.
Depending on your plan, you will be billed that rate for the Technician/Engineer’s visit.

Does Aurasius charge any sign up or onboarding fees?
There are no sign up fees.
How does billing work?
Our IT Managed Services plans are pre-paid with annual commitment billed monthly. It means you’ll be billed your plan’s rate (plus any additional add-ons) at the beginning of your monthly billing cycle for 12 months. We need 30 day notice before the end of the annual comittment to cancel service.
Will taxes be included in my monthly invoice?
We will charge all applicable State and Local taxes. We comply with all State and Local tax regulations.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For annual payments we also accept checks, wire transfer and ACH transfers. We do not accept PayPal or checks at this time. Call Aurasius to arrange for non-credit card payments.
