Pre-Paid Block Hours Agreement

Under this Agreement Aurasius, Inc offers PrePaid Block Hours Support in blocks of either 10 hours, 20 hours or 30 hours.  By purchasing a Block of Hours Support, you “the customer/user” agree to the following:

1- Onsite Support is billed in 30-minute increments.

2- Billable time is deducted from hours purchased.  When there are only 3 unused hours left from the amount purchased, a new invoice will be sent to you.  If auto-renewal is selected
